Who is John Lynch’s wife Linda Lynch?

John Lynch is a renowned American football executive and former strong safety currently serving as the general manager of the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League (NFL).

John Lynch had earned a Super Bowl ring with the Buccaneers in Super Bowl XXXVII. Lynch was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2021. He was hired as general manager of the 49ers in 2017.

John Lynch is presently married to his longtime partner, Linda Allred Lynch, the older sister of John’s close friend and former NFL player John Allred. Linda and John Lynch first met in seventh grade at Torrey Pines High School in their hometown of San Diego.

Not much is known about Linda Lynch’s early life and family background as she only rose into the spotlight following her marriage to NFL’s John Lynch. However, Linda was born to parents, Ann and Douglas Allred.

Linda Lynch was raised alongside three other siblings including Dough Allred Jr., David Allred, and Richard Allred. With regards to her education, Linda graduated from the University of Sothern California, where Linda Allred played tennis. She also had a brief semi-pro career in tennis.

John Lynch and Linda tied the knot in 1994 and are the parents of four children including Jake Lynch, Leah Rose Lynch, Lillian Lynch and Lindsay Lynch. Linda co-founded Fisher Lynch Capital in 2003 and was a Managing Director through 2016 before becoming a Senior Advisor thereafter.

Linda Lynch is a philanthropist who currently serves as a vice president of the John Lynch Foundation. She continues to provide strategic oversight of FLC’s legacy fund-of-fund portfolios and is now a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Boston-based Winthrop Square Capital.
