Notah Ryan Begay III (born September 14, 1972) is a professional Native American golfer.
He is one of just a few Native American golfers who has competed on the PGA Tour. Begay has been an analyst for the Golf Channel and NBC Sports since 2013.
In addition, he has ranked in the top 20 in the Official World Golf Rankings on several occasions. He was able to use a unique putting technique to great effect.
Begay put right-to-left-breaking putts right-handed and left-to-right-breaking putts left-handed, using a putter having playing faces on both the front and rear of the head. Begay is the first professional golfer to use this putter and style.

Notah is the son of Laura Ansari, a New Mexican Pueblo woman, and Notah Begay III, a New Mexican Pueblo man. In addition, both his father and brother served in the Marine Corps.
Not only that but Notah was raised with his two brothers and two sisters. His paternal grandfather was also a code talker and a Navajo. Notah’s father, together with his wife Claire, ran and finished the 11th Marine Corps Historic Half Marathon in Virginia in May 2019.
